Orange Fab startup AI Vision together with Orange experts from the de Information Technology & Network team attended  9th IEEE World Forum on Internet of Things in Aveiro, Portugal. The forum consisted of a comprehensive and interesting program that brought the latest developments from industry and business world, the most influential individuals from across the breath of the IoT ecosystem, news of significant innovations and advances from the research and academic community, as well as practitioners and end-users sharing their experiences on the successes and challenges of IoT deployments. Within the forum the PlugFest Program workshop brought together the technical community to test the interoperability of the platforms and solutions developed in their Horizon projects. The main goal of this workshop was to experiment with the deployment of Network Applications across ICT-41 Projects. Orange Romania is part of two ICT-41 projects consortium VITAL-5G and 5GASP.

AI Vision together with Orange Romania experts presented a demo, during the ICT-41 PlugFest workshop, to prove the integration and validate the 5G native functionality of AI Vision app, using the platform developed within the 5GASP research project.

AI Vision is an AI based video analytics platform that uses data from CCTV cameras feeds to identify over 26 classes of objects as fire, weapons or violence, build in with the capability to blur people or vehicles in live steams or videos.
