Zevo Technologies is an AI driven speech analytics startup, offering a diverse range of products and services across multiple industries. Zevo specializes in the Romanian language market, providing tailored solutions for this language, while its language-agnostic AI technology can be effortlessly adapted to any other language or dialect. Zevo Tech was started as a spin-off from the “Speech and Dialog Research Laboratory” of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and has a team comprised of teachers and researchers specialized in AI.
Solution
Zevo Technologies offers three types of product:
- ZEVO Dictation - Dictate medical reports, legal documents, or even research notes. High accuracy of text, real time transcription, custom vocabulary (add words, names, technical terms), punctuation. It runs in your browser can be used from laptop or phone;
- ZEVO Speech Transcription- cost effective, highly accurate transcription of audio recordings. Speaker information – it identifies speaker turns and associates transcribed sentences to identified speakers.Timestamps for all words transcribed, custom acoustic models, highly-intelligible transcriptions that comprise capital case words, punctuation marks and numbers written with digits.
- ZEVO Speech Analytics –is a fully featured product for analyzing customer support calls. All call recordings get accurately transcribed and analyzed using AI that inspects both the audio and the transcript to extract sentiment plus other metrics and entities. The annotated calls can then be queried from the reporting Web UI and details of individual calls can be quickly reviewed.
