Orange Romania and Eventya, startup part of Orange Fab, winners at Smart City Industry Awards 2019

At the end of 2019, the Romanian Association for Smart City and Mobility has recognized the most important projects and companies that contribute to the development of smart cities in Romania.

During the Smart City Industry Awards Gala, Orange Romania was designated "Best Smart City Company" for its involvement in smart city projects and supporting Romanian innovative entrepreneurs with the Orange Fab program.

Eventya, company part of Orange Fab, was also awarded the "Best start-up" distinction. Eventya develops a platform that helps public or private organizations to build mobile apps and websites, without contracting expensive and long-term software development systems. Eventya's Smart City or Digital Tourism Guide apps are used by over 250.000 people.
